Refund Policy

At Sheila Naturopathie, your satisfaction is important. However, due to the nature of the services offered, the following conditions apply regarding refunds.

1. Online Consultations
A deposit of $50 is required to book an online consultation.

Any cancellation must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment for the deposit to be refunded.

In case of late cancellation (less than 48 hours before the consultation) or no-show, the deposit will be retained and non-refundable.

No refund will be issued after the consultation has taken place.

2. Trainings, Programs, and Ebooks
Trainings, programs, ebooks, and all digital content sold on sheilanaturopathie.com are non-refundable.

Due to the digital nature of these products, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted once the order is confirmed.

3. Refund Procedures
Refunds, when applicable, will be made using the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
