Who am I?

Sheila Naturopathy

Proud Quebecer, I partly grew up in the Appalachians, in the Sutton region, where my family instilled in me a love for calmness, observation, and a deep connection with nature. As an only child, I spent long hours exploring the forest, walking among the trees, and observing plants and animals in their natural environment. These moments of escape, silence, and connection have shaped my perspective on the world. Nature taught me to slow down, to feel, and to be present.

When nature harmonizes the body and enlightens the mind.

Nature offers us much more than remedies: it invites us to slow down, listen to our bodies, and rediscover our inner balance. Through plants, nutrition, and simple tips, it guides us toward a more mindful, sustainable health deeply connected to what truly matters.

My Story

This deep love for all living things has never left me. Over time, it became more than just a childhood memory: a passion, then a calling.

Today, I am a certified herbalist and naturopath recognized by the Association of Naturopaths of Quebec (ANQ). I have dedicated years to training, exploring medicinal plants, and supporting those who wish to regain natural balance in their lives.

I have also specialized in gemmotherapy, a subtle and powerful branch of herbalism that uses buds and young shoots of plants to gently and precisely support the body. This approach enriches my toolkit and allows me to offer even more personalized and targeted guidance.

It is with the desire to share this knowledge that I designed my training programs.

I want to show you how to create your own medicinal remedies
and help you take back control of your health in a simple, autonomous, and natural way.
